As a broker and non-delegated lender, we give you access to FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, Bank Statement, DSCR, ITIN, 2-1 buydowns, Asset Depletion and more, across multiple investors. You’re never boxed into one program or pricing sheet. We work with our Vice President of Investor Relations, David Smith, who is internally known as "Deal Desk David" to continue bringing new products to First Coast, so we never have to say no to our buyers.
We equip every LO with Go High Level- our internal, custom built CRM system for our team. Go High Level houses our loan officer's leads, conversations, marketing, personalized websites, campaigns, calendars/ appointment setting, live lead follow up, social media and more. We are consistently building out new automations within GHL and are never scared to invest in ideas that will help our loan officers grow!
